The ShareBuilder Assistant is expanding its website and lead capture ecosystem with a new Connector that brings Fluent Forms directly into the Assistant Skills platform. With the Fluent Forms Connector, media teams can turn WordPress form submissions into coordinated workflows for sales follow-up, routing, notifications, approvals, and operational action.
About Fluent Forms
Fluent Forms is a WordPress form builder used to create contact forms, lead capture forms, surveys, quizzes, payment forms, and other submission-based experiences without custom coding. It gives teams a flexible way to collect information from website visitors, advertisers, prospects, clients, and internal users.
For media organizations, Fluent Forms can support a wide range of intake moments, including advertiser inquiries, campaign requests, event registrations, sponsorship interest, creative submissions, support requests, and internal workflow forms.

The Fluent Forms Connector brings website form activity directly into Assistant Skills so each submission can become part of a larger business process.
Instead of letting form entries sit in an inbox, spreadsheet, or website dashboard until someone reviews them manually, the Assistant can help evaluate the submission, route it to the right team, update connected systems, and trigger the next step automatically.

ShareBuilders plans to offer Assistant Skills in a limited beta preview to select customers in early Q2 2026, followed by broader availability shortly thereafter. Assistant Skills will be sold as a standalone product with predictable pricing using a single flat fee rather than per-step, per-user, or per-workflow charges.
