Thanks to significant performance upgrades by our engineering team a few weeks ago, Connected Mailbox now processes your sales activity in near real-time. That means the moment you hit send or accept a calendar invite, the ShareBuilder Assistant gets to work, creating CRM activities almost instantly. It’s fast. Like, really fast.

These improvement makes it even easier to keep your CRM up-to-date without manual entry, and gives managers and leaders real-time visibility into the sales pipeline.

Today we are excited to announce a new capability for the ShareBuilder Assistant called Email The Assistant. Customers can simply CC or invite “assistant@share-builders.com” when sending an email or scheduling a meeting. The ShareBuilder Assistant will automatically analyze these emails and calendar invites, determine the appropriate companies, contacts, and team members, and log the activity to CRM just like it does with Connected Mailbox.
