Kitty Malone

Kitty Malone is Director of Customer Success for ShareBuilder CRM- she joined the company in 2011. She studied at Yale and Kansas University before graduating from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.

Kitty originally wanted to pursue acting, but after a stint in the touring company for Hair (yes, really!) she found herself instead drawn instead to TV News. Kitty moved around the country in various on-air roles and found herself “in the right place at the right time” to cover major news stories from volcanic eruptions to civil wars. Eventually she moved into TV sales and sales management, and was named Radio Ink’s Sales Manager of the Year in 2010 before we were lucky enough to bring her talents into the ShareBuilders and ShareBuilder CRM fold.

Kitty is passionate about managing her talented team and working with developers to better meet the needs of Media Managers and Account Executives. When she’s not working, Kitty enjoys musical theater, teaching aquatic fitness classes, and her annual trips to Disney theme parks.

Kitty is based out of her home office in Kansas City were she resides with her husband, a former Morning Show Radio personality and their cat, Thistle. Kitty has twin daughters of whom she is exceedingly proud, and two elementary school aged granddaughters. We’re so proud to have her on our team!
