We are working to make Skills available in a limited beta preview to a few existing customers early Q2 2026. Skills will be made available to anyone shortly after the beta.

I do not see an app I need, will Skills work for me?

There are a lot of applications, services, and solutions out there for us to choose from, and no two businesses are the same. We built Skills to scale fast. ShareBuilders has a dedicated Skills team that help create new connectors and solutions and they would be happy to talk about your ideas. Additionally, if you have the abilities, you can create your own custom connectors.

Does my data ever leave ShareBuilder?

No! ShareBuilders products including Skills are all housed within our cloud services, build by our team, and we do not outsource your workflow builders like other providers. You and your team are in full control of the data you bring into Skills, and send out of Skills. No other third party solution is involved.

Do I have to use AI in Skills?

Not at all. You make the skills you want the ShareBuilder Assistant to do for you. AI providers and solutions are treated like powerful connectors, its up to you to use them when it makes sense.
