The Outlook Connector brings email and calendar-driven workflows directly into your Assistant Skills so your team can treat messages, meetings, and follow-up as part of the larger revenue process.

Instead of relying on people to manually monitor inboxes, schedule meetings, forward updates, or remember next steps, the Assistant can help coordinate the process automatically.

Turn email activity into workflow action

Email is where many important business moments happen. A prospect replies, a client asks for a change, an approval comes through, or an internal stakeholder sends an update.

With Outlook connected, Skills can use those moments to trigger the next workflow. The Assistant can help route messages, create follow-up tasks, notify the right person, update records, or pause automation when a human response is needed.

Calendar activity is often the bridge between interest and action. With Outlook Calendar connected, the Assistant can help coordinate meetings as part of a larger workflow.

Availability

ShareBuilders plans to offer Assistant Skills in a limited beta preview to select customers in early Q2 2026, followed by broader availability shortly thereafter. Assistant Skills will be sold as a standalone product with predictable pricing using a single flat fee rather than per-step, per-user, or per-workflow charges.
