Today, we’re introducing Data Enrichment 2.0 — a major upgrade to how the ShareBuilder Assistant finds, validates, and ranks contact data.
This release makes our contact suggestions more useful from the start. The ShareBuilder Assistant is now better at finding previously missed contacts, separating strong matches from weak ones, and surfacing the right people for sellers to engage.
Better search, better suggestions
The Assistant’s ability to locate contact information on the web is now significantly improved. It more reliably identifies relevant contacts across the web and better distinguishes high-quality matches from low-quality noise.
That means fewer wasted clicks, fewer questionable results, and more confidence that the contacts you see are worth pursuing.
Built for ad selling teams
Data Enrichment 2.0 is now better tailored to find decision-makers.
Instead of prioritizing volume, we’ve focused on relevance. The result is a higher-quality lead set designed to help sellers connect with the people most likely to influence media and advertising decisions.
Stronger company-level validation
We’ve also improved how we cross-check contact information against the company you’re searching for.
Previously, some searches, especially for nonprofits and similarly structured organizations, could return board members or contacts associated with a different company. With Data Enrichment 2.0, our system is better at detecting and filtering out those mismatches.
This leads to more accurate titles, phone numbers, and email addresses for the company you actually need leads for.
Smarter ranking from the start
Contacts are now ranked by quality, so your team can review the strongest opportunities first.
Instead of sorting through a flat list of possibilities, sellers can start with the contacts most likely to be relevant, helping them move faster and spend more time on outreach that matters.
What this means for sellers
Data Enrichment 2.0 helps teams:
Find more of the right contacts
Prioritize quality over quantity
Reduce false matches
Validate contact data more accurately
Review top opportunities first
The goal is simple: better leads, less noise, and a faster path to meaningful conversations.
Data Enrichment 2.0 will be rolling out to customers over the next few days.
