Shelley Straub

Shelley Straub began her career with ShareBuilders in 2015 as Human Resources Manager. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and a proud Buckeye. Prior to her work with ShareBuilders, Shelley worked in both public and private sectors and HR consulting. She has experience in government HR policy and labor relations, which complement her background in managing leadership development programs, performance management, and succession planning.

Shelley’s favorite aspect of her work is that she has the ability to interact with people from all ShareBuilders departments- we appreciate her patience and willingness to work with our colorful cast of characters. When she isn’t taking the HR world by storm, Shelley loves spending time with her family and friends.

Shelley’s true passion, though, is tennis. She is both an active player and an enthusiastic spectator. Every year for the last decade, prior to the pandemic, of course, Shelley has traveled to New York to watch the US Open. Shelley works from her home office in Columbus, Ohio where she resides with her husband Jason, daughter Daley, and son Luke. We’re so pleased to have her on our team, keeping us all in line.
