I′d be a rich man if I had a dime for every Sales Manager (including myself) who wanted to maximize inventory, but had no empirical way to achieve it. I sincerely give ShareBuilders major credit for buttoning up our rate analysis, and giving us the confidence we needed to get out of the pre-emption business, and actually start blowing away budgets, stealing market share, and freeing our local people up to hound new business at rates we could actually run.
