I′d be a rich man if I had a dime for every Sales Manager (including myself) who wanted to maximize inventory, but had no empirical way to achieve it. I sincerely give ShareBuilders major credit for buttoning up our rate analysis, and giving us the confidence we needed to get out of the pre-emption business, and actually start blowing away budgets, stealing market share, and freeing our local people up to hound new business at rates we could actually run. You still have to utilize your own market knowledge and experience, but ShareBuilder has definitely transformed what used to be called "K-MOVE" into a station that runs schedules as ordered.
